How long does shipping take?
Apache products are built to order with locally available materials. It can take 1-10 days to receive a tracking number, and 3-5 days after that to receive your package via UPS or Fedex.
In rare cases orders can take up to 2-3 weeks if there are material shortages. You will receive an email within 12 hours if this is the case.
All DJ equipment, lighting, and Non-Apache furniture ship directly from the manufacturer.
NOTE: We only ship APACHE products internationally.
Why did I receive two tracking numbers?
In some instances, you will receive two tracking numbers for separate shipments on bulk orders or items sold in sets.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
We carefully pack our packages to prevent damage in shipping. In the event of cosmetic damage, the best course of action is to file a claim with UPS or Fedex.
Once the package is in the custody of the courier it is their responsibility as we inspect everything before it leaves our facility.

Shipping & Delivery
Domestic shipping can take up to 3-10 business days.
Foreign shipping could take up to 7-14 business days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual. You will be notified immeaditly if this is the case.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe. The customer is responsible for all customs, brokerage, and import fees. Refusal of any package will result in shipping costs (initial and return costs) deducted from the refund in addition to restocking fees.
We pack our products with foam and or bubble padding in single and double walled cardboard.
It is the couriers responsibility to ensure that the product gets delivered.
In the rare event that something arrives damaged a claim will need to be filed with the respective courier.
We will provide whatever information is necessary to help.
Returns & Refunds
Due to increasing costs we ask that you double-check the measurements of your workspace prior to purchase. We have provided dimensional information and drawings to help. We are also here to answer any questions you may have.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with shipping the item back.
Items that are eligible for return must meet all of the following requirements:
- The return must be filed within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be in unused and uninstalled condition.
- The item must be free of defects.
If Apache concludes that the item meets the refund eligibility requirements, a refund for the original transaction amount minus a restocking fee will be issued to the Buyer.
All sales on items not requiring installation are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items requiring installation are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All cancelled orders are subject to a non-refundable 6.0% merchant transaction fee. This includes orders that are listed as out of stock unless there is an additional delay in shipping. (We are subjected to this from our payment providers even on refunded orders)
