How long does shipping take?
Our products are built to order with locally available materials. This can lead to longer lead times as our products are not coming off an assembly line.
All Alpha Theta and Pioneer Equipment ship directly from the manufacturer.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship.
It can take 1-10 days to receive a tracking number, and 3-5 days after that to receive your package via UPS or Fedex.
In rare cases orders can take up to 2-3 weeks if there are material shortages. You will receive an email within 24 hours if this is the case.
Why did I receive two tracking numbers?
In some instances, you will receive two tracking numbers for separate shipments on bulk orders or items sold in sets.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
We carefully pack our packages to prevent damage in shipping. In the event of cosmetic damage, the best course of action is to file a claim with UPS or Fedex.
Once the package is in the custody of the courier it is their responsibility as we inspect everything before it leaves our facility.

What is your return policy?
Please double-check the measurements of your workspace prior to purchase. We have provided dimensional information and drawings to help. We are also here to answer any questions you may have.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with shipping the item back.
Items that are eligible for return must meet all of the following requirements:
- The return must be filed within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be in unused and uninstalled condition.
- The item must be free of defects.
If Apache concludes that the item meets the refund eligibility requirements, a refund for the original transaction amount minus a 10% restocking fee will be issued to the Buyer.
All sales on DJ booths and items requiring installation are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All Alpha Theta/Pioneer products must be warranted and returned to the manufacturer.
All cancelled orders are subject to a non-refundable 4.0% merchant transaction fee. (We are subjected to this from our payment providers even on refunded orders)
